Your upper body looks good ( it would look better if you stopped flexing) . Since you're Airborne, you're already in good shape. You need to start focusing on specific body parts. One-legged squats, one-arm push-ups, sandbag squats, sandbag lunges, handstand push-ups, weighted sit-ups. Pavel Tsatsouline

I love weight vests as well. For a long time my only form of weight training was a Power-Tower and a 30 pound weight vest. I have a 35-pound one from weightvest-dot-com now that looks similar to the one you have. I hope you reach your goals.
