I know through experience that a softer style (I mean T'ai Chi) can improve balance, health, and even posture. And you can do four hours? Wow...I am almost completely exhausted after one hour. The great thing though is that Chen Man Ching says that five minutes upon waking and five minutes before sleeping is effective enough for great health.
