and also remember going out on a track for the first time, when you are surrounded by better drivers than you with faster cars, is to always keep in your comfort zone, and dont try to keep up with them!!!

That's because he's on a track and not on a public road. One of the other safety rules with the steering wheel is to keep your thumbs up and not bent inside the wheel so you don't break them if you crash.

i don't feel his "seat setting" is appropriate for overall in general drivers who want to go on the track. People have different arm lengths and what not. His tip about putting the wrist on top of the steering wheel is not that great. Like me, I am short, and putting the steering wheel to the point where my wrist can go on top of the steering wheel is a bit too close.
